YourKeep is a web-based software platform that provides file sharing, encrypted cloud storage (Drive), a password vault (Locker), and an AI assistant. All features are delivered digitally through your web browser. There are no physical products, shipments, or deliveries involved.
2. Activation and Access
Upon successful payment, your paid plan (Starter, Business, or Pro) is activated immediately. You will have instant access to all features and limits included in your plan — no waiting period, no manual activation.
In rare cases where a payment is confirmed by your bank but not yet reflected on our end due to payment gateway delays, activation may take up to a few minutes. If your plan is not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us.
3. Access Requirements
To use YourKeep, you need a modern web browser and an internet connection. No software installation, app download, or additional hardware is required. The service is accessible from any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile.
